UK Deliveries  

Delivery options 

Free delivery on all UK Mainland Orders over £70 otherwise £2.50 (3-5 working days)

Express delivery on all UK Mainland Orders under 21kg - £6.95 (1-2 working days) 

Free deliveries are made by Courier and are usually made within 3-5 working days of your order being placed but may take slightly longer during very busy periods particularly November and December.  

Express Deliveries are made by Courier. All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day for next day delivery.  

We do not currently offer weekend delivery. Any orders received for express delivery on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.  

The delivery charges quoted above are applicable to UK mainland only and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.  

Deliveries Overseas and to Non UK Mainland Addresses 

We are very happy to organise the delivery of your purchase to addresses outside of the UK mainland if at all possible, however following Brexit it is unlikely we will be able to ship to Europe and the costs of delivery will be considerably more than those quoted above. Please call our fulfilment partner Axiom Brands Ltd on +44(0)203 7746845 (Mon to Fri) and we will take your order over the phone and obtain a quote for the delivery of your order if possible. 

Delivery charges will be confirmed during the checkout process if you order online, or prior to your order being processed if you order by telephone. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions 

AKER Wines and Spirits Ltd reserves the right to send new vintages on all orders without notification to the customer, although every effort will be made to ensure vintage details shown online are as up to date as possible. 

Our couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm. 

If you are not there and have not provided us with alternative delivery instructions when placing your Order, the driver will leave a note to inform you that delivery has been attempted and the Products have been returned to our depot. 

If the Products are returned to our depot, we will endeavour to deliver the Products to you again, but if you are not there for a second time we reserve the right to have the Products returned to us and, in the event you contact us to request us to attempt delivery another time, to charge you additional delivery costs. 

If we are not able to deliver the whole of the Order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the Order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. 

Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time. 

You own the Products once we have received payment in full and they have been delivered to you. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
